Just at 15 Km from the Santa Marta city, near the Manzanares river, nature lovers are developing the CAOBA BIOLOGICAL RESERVE with multiple purposes. We work at the service of the nature and men kind creating interesting spaces in a tropical environment . Planting typical plants of this region, with the time we create a genetic bank Which in the future must produce the seeds for recuperation activities and planting on similar areas. and also we develop a basic infra
structure with demonstration biotopes for the environmental education. The ecological richness, of the flora and fauna and the
archeological places of this region, gave the origin to the idea of form inside of the reserve a work place and a start point to the academic research and the education in this fields. With the goal to help in the financial support of this private
project we work to implement an infra structure to the service of the eco
tourism
and the spiritual relax.
