INTERACTIVE TOURS OF CAOBA

Here in Caoba, we welcome visitors who want to visit us for the day. The entrance has a cost of 10.000 pesos, which contributed towards the running of this project. With this entrance free, comes a booklet and a map to provide guidance. The tour can take between 1 to 2 hours, depending on the pace of the visitor.

We recommend you to bring swimming clothes, because we have an amazing river running through the reserve.

SPANISH

 

- Up to 5 people: 30.000 pesos

- Up to 10 people: 3.000 pesos for each extra person    after 5 people.

- 10 - 15 people: 50.000 pesos

 

  • The prices are excluding the cost of the entrance (10.000 pesos)
  • Tour to be booked a least 3 working days in advance
  • Guide coming with a group does not have to pay the entrance 
  • Lunch, beverages, etc are not included in the price. If you wish this to be included, please contact us in advance.

 

ENGLISH

- Up to 10 people: 5.000 pesos for each extra person after 5 people.

- 10 - 15 people: 80.000 pesos

  3. Labyrinth of Medicinal plants and a small introduction to some of the plants we have

  5. Along the tour, we will show you some palms and trees and introduce you to the stories behind them 
  6. Collection of water plants
  7. Brief intro into the Tayrona and Kogui Culture, showing Tayrona paths and Kogui houses
  8. Display of a Kogui bridge
  9. Our Orchid house
  10. Butterfly house (working on it at the moment, but soon to be back)
  11. Our Arapaimas/Pirarucus. We have 7 Arapaimas, which is the largest amazonian fish
